HOBART | Another new store is coming to the Southlake Mall in Hobart. -based retailer with 930 stores in the United States and Canada, is opening a 4,940-square-foot location next to Hollister on the first level of the super-regional mall at U. S. 30 and Mississippi Street. New owner Starwood Capital also has brought in H & M and Forever 21 after buying the the 1. 4 million-square-foot, two-story mall from Westfield in late 2013. Southlake Mall, 2109 Southlake Mall, has more than 150 stores, a 12-screen AMC movie... The newest store specializes in women's fashions that come in sizes 1 to 24, including maxi skirts, gladiator sandals and colorfully embroidered tops. Maurices, which is a brand of Connecticut-based Ascena Retail Group, formerly Dressbarn, will have a grand opening at 10 a. m. on July 31.
