The new ones I’m purchasing are getting a pink hint to the ivory. Only a few people have complain over the last 2 years tho.

I buy parts and pieces in bulk to make up matching switch sets. Most knobs fit most switch I sell but their is some that don't work out very well. If you like a certain knob, just ask if it will fit the switch your interested in. Most knobs have to be fitted to each switch.
