Next in line is the Pilot EX, packing remote start, a 10-way power driver’s seat, and a larger eight-inch touch screen with SiriusXM and Pandora. One further rung up is the Pilot EX-L, which gussies things up with a leather interior, a power moonroof, a power tailgate, one-touch power-folding second-row seats, a four-way power passenger seat, and heated front seats. Bootstrap yourself up to the Pilot Touring, and you’ll increase your forward gears by 50 percent—this trim level comes with Honda’s first nine-speed automatic, including paddle shifters (God knows why). Ditch those plebeian 18-inch wheels for self-respecting 20s, a Blu-Ray-capable rear-seat entertainment system, blue ambient interior lighting, a 540-watt stereo, and body-color mirrors.
