ACC Boss Hog "Street Bandit" GM 200-4R and 700R4 Torque Converter

This ACC Performance Boss Hog level 2 "Street Bandit" torque converter works great in moderate to high performance street modified engines with a stall speed of approximately 2800 to 3200 RPM depending on application. HP and torque capabilities of ACC Performance torque converters are 650. Also works for TH2004R and TH200C transmissions.

"Street Bandit"

The "Street Bandit" Series Converters are designed to handle as much as 650 horsepower. Some of the comparable models will only handle up to 350 horsepower. These are generally 10" converters. ACC uses custom engineered turbine hubs in order to maintain the highest durability. The stators are built with high flow vents and channels for greater cooling in order to handle the much greater power and heat ranges.

Welded not  Furnace Brazed. Contrary to popular belief, furnace brazing is not the best way to adhere torque converter components to together. Just like a Teflon coated pan, after some time the furnace brazing will erode away and ruin the stators and all other rotating parts in your transmission. All of ACC torque converters are welded at the seams, not brazed, to eliminate the erosion after time.
