Beckler, 45, Shumway, aggravated DUI, a Class 2 felony, and aggravated DUI while license revoked, a Class 4 felony. Beckler is accused of driving a 1985 Ford pickup truck at the intersection of Illinois 32 and 1800th Avenue on Feb. 24 while under the influence and at least three prior DUI convictions and while his license was revoked and at least one prior conviction for that offense.
