COMES WITH MECHANISM AND MOUNTING SCREWS!!!
It mounts to the steering column on the RH (passenger side) and is what the shift lever attaches to. When the shift lever is moved to any position, PRND321, it moves the inner parts of the steering column, which is attached to the transmission shift linkage. It also has the park, shift lock cable attached to it so that will not allow the shift lever to move unless the key is entered into the key ignition and moved forward. This part is commonly broken.
