The 2014 GMC Sierra full-size truck has debuted alongside the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado, and we're sure the two designs have fueled the ongoing debate on whether the GMC truck is sufficiently differentiated from the Chevrolet. In a new video, GMC executive design director Ken Parkinson talks about the new Sierra inside and out, detailing why certain design details appear on the truck. 2014 Sierra customers want to be proud of being seen in this truck, Parkinson notes (perhaps even more so than for the 2014 Silverado).
