Audi Prologue Allroad Concept Makes Its 724-hp Debut in Shanghai - Car and Driver (blog)

Look closely at that image above: It’s not black-and-white, but it might as well be. The Prologue Allroad wears a subtle hue of Dehua White, making the jacked-up wagon seem almost modest. Outside, the Prologue Allroad closely resembles the Avant wagon concept, as is Allroad tradition in the four-ring family tree. The Allroad sits three inches higher than its pavement-bound brethren, riding on an air suspension and split-spoke 22-inch wheels hiding 20-inch carbon-ceramic brakes at all four corners. The driver and front passenger face a dashboard with three touch-screen displays, while the driver’s helm is enhanced with a “virtual cockpit” with three levels of semitransparent information readouts projected in the pilot’s field of view. Notably, the Prologue Allroad features a “butler” concept, where a passenger’s smartphone automatically calls up his or her seat adjustments, climate-control settings, music preference, and GPS routes upon entry.
