Bierer, 25, of Brooklyn, Ohio lost control of his vehicle while travelling too fast for the snowy roadway conditions, police said. The U-Haul trailer slid back and forth and slid off the Brush Creek Township roadway at 11:37 p. m. and down a slight embankment. The truck was not damaged, and Bierer and passenger Timothy R. Bierer, 29, of Girard, Pa. , were not injured. Jesse Bierer has been cited by state police for failure to drive a vehicle at safe speeds. Two Vehicles Collide On Route 30. Four individuals escaped harm on January 18 during a two-vehicle accident along Lincoln Highway, according to state police. McClure and his passenger, James P. Groves Jr. , 19, of Sharpsburg, Md. , along with Keebaugh and his passenger Ashley K. Penwell, 20, of McConnellsburg, were wearing seat belts during the 11:56 a. m accident just east of the intersection of Jamie... McClure will be cited for failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic.
