This listing is for one brand new 4" Raise Steel Cowl Induction Hood, part# 300-4182-4, made by Auto Metal Direct (AMD). This hood is designed to fit the 82-93 Chevrolet S-10 Pickup, 82-93 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer, 82-93 GMC Sonoma Pickup & 82-93 GMC S-15 Jimmy. This hood is brand new from the factory. It has never been used or installed.
Auto Metal Direct (AMD) hoods are designed to be a direct bolt-on replacement to your vehicles stock hood. All applications utilize your vehicles stock hinges and latch assembly. Each hood features a fully finished, factory style underside. Unlike fiberglass hoods, AMD steel hoods will not flex or warp over time. Regardless of where you are located, AMD steel hoods will stay looking great for years to come!
This hood arrives in a black "e" coat finish. This is not a primer. Its a sealer put on the hood to protect against rush. The hood will require normal prep work (test fit, sand, prime) before paint can be installed. We strongly recommend having a qualified auto body shop paint and install this hood.
