The opening comes just days before the Sanford Health Plan will be providing health insurance on Wednesday for 65,000 lives covered under the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System, commonly called NDPERS. The new offices—the Sanford plan's first in North Dakota—are in the former Echelon building at 1749 38th St. S. near the junction of Interstates 29 and 94.
