And I’m really interested in buying a Denali version in October of this year. However……I can’t help but worry about upcoming 8-speed transmissions and weight reductions that GM has already hinted at (in order to compete with the upcoming Atlas inspired Ford’s). Do I really want to lay down approx $60K and one year later have another version that is completely better and gets like 2-5 MPG more. If the eight speed is gonna be out next year I would probably wait, but if its two or three years, I’m not waitin that long. Seems like there might be ongoing updates to this generation so what do you do. I say buy the truck sooner rather than later and you’ll be happy with it. I’m havin mine no later than fall of 2014.
