Chevy and GMC full size spare tire hoist. Original OEM part. This is the hoist the goes under the rear of the truck that holds your spare tire up and cranks down to remove spare. Most northern trucks have these fail because they rust out and then have to be cut or ruined to take down the spare.
We are located here in Florida and we remove these from Rust-free Florida trucks. These are tested and work perfectly.
