The 6.4 Powerstroke is manufactured by Navistar and distributed by FORD in many F-Series Trucks and Vans. The Ford 6.4 Powerstroke Diesel is assembled with OEM EQUIVALENT SEALS, MAIN, AND ROD BEARINGS. BARE LONG BLOCK ASSEMBLYCylinder block with rotating assy.

Cylinder heads & valvetrain components NEW PISTONS AND RINGSNEW HEADS ($1500 value) AND NEW OEM Ford ROCKER ASSEMBLIES ($825 Value)
We have narrowed the tolerances found in mass production engines for a higher quality finished good. The rod, main, & cam clearances are measured with dial bore gauges & micrometers. Piston & valve guide clearances are set. A specification and build sheet are available for each engine. Mandatory replacement to buyer of new oil cooler, new EGR valve, turbo clean and reman @ rebuilder, injectors replaced or tested and pass Bosch distributor on pass / fail dyno to OEM specifications. We also suggest replacement of EGR cooler and use of OEM fuel and oil filters. Tuners or removal of EPA OEM equipment can void the warranty. We do not weld or repair cracked blocks, cranks or heads.
