Man injured in motorcycle crash - Daily Journal Online

A Park Hills area man was injured in a motorcycle crash on U. S. 67 in Bonne Terre Tuesday afternoon. An accident report by the Bonne Terre Police Department had not been completed by press time but police and fire officials said the man was seriously injured with injuries to his legs and arms. Portions of U. S. 67 between Highway 47 and Old Orchard Road were shut down while the victim was being treated and airlifted. In a separate accident in Ste. Genevieve County, two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer Monday at 7:19 p. m. According to the report, 55-year-old Robert Noll of Ste. Genevieve was driving westbound on Highway 32 at Dorlac Road in his 2007 Freightliner. When he started to slow down to make a left turn, 17-year-old Sunny Gore of Fredericktown failed to notice that Noll was slowing down and her 1992 Ford F-150 struck the rear of Noll's trailer. Gore and Noll were both wearing their seat belts and received moderate injuries. If you are involved in an accident take these steps: Call 9-1-1. Check to see if anyone needs assistance.
