Product Description
New 7.3L Ford Powerstroke water pump with Coolant Filter (Basic Kit) Finally a complete bolt-on system that utilizes the International cast iron water pump, with everything needed fit the 7.3L Powerstroke. Fits 1995.5-1997 7.3L engines.
Special Note:If you are purchasing the new upper radiator hose with housing, please read!
This new hose routes very close to the drive belt if you are not careful in your installation. The tip is to install the end on the thermostat housing first. Do not tighten the clamp yet. If the hose looks like it will hit the drive belt, rotate the hose clockwise a few degrees at a time until the hose clears the belt. Connect the other end on the radiator and check belt clearance again. Tighten clamps.
*Many 1994-1995 7.3L Powerstrokes came equipped with IDI cooling systems. If you have a steel radiator and the cap is on the radiator, this kit will not work. You must have the later...
