This is a set of 4 factory correct wiring harness and tubing clip that fits a 1/4" hole and a panel range of 1/32"-1/8" thick. These have a 5/16" inside diameter and were used to hold wiring harnesses for the dash, head lights, horn, engine harness, wiper hoses, battery cable etc. These were commonly used in various places on the car.
