A Cloverdale man was taken by helicopter to an Indianapolis hospital on Tuesday after crashing his motorcycle into a truck on U. S. 40 at Seelyville. Gerald McGuire, 38, was transported by Trans-Care paramedics to Union Hospital, then air-lifted to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis for treatment of what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries to his hip and pelvis area, according to... VCSD's preliminary investigation shows a 2015 Ford F-250 truck, driven by Scott Schoffstall, 52, of Terre Haute, pulled out from a parking lot in front of McGuire's 2002 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, which was westbound on the highway.
