Motorist Shoots at Truck in Lake Wales; No One Injured - The Ledger
John Anthony Decesare, 3870 Hibiscus Drive, was arrested on charges of attempted second-degree murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle and discharging a firearm from a vehicle, according to a Polk County Sheriff's Office arrest report. Robert Daniel, 34, of Lake Wales was not injured when shots were fired about 6:15 a. m. at the pickup he was driving, a 2011 Ford F550 owned by a Caterpillar equipment dealer Ring Power Service, the Sheriff's Office said. Daniel told deputies he was driving north to work on Masterpiece Road near Bassett Road when he saw a black Corvette he thought was trying to pass him.
