July 20, 2015 blotter: Problem, loose dogs, personal information - Daily Record

A neighbor’s dogs reportedly were loose on a caller’s property on Idaho Avenue in Roslyn, and dog feces were left on the caller’s property and around town. A caller on Rosewood Drive reportedly gave personal information to a door-to-door salesman. A man lying on the ground without a shirt or shoes at Water Street and 11th Avenue reportedly did not respond to a caller. A middle-aged man wearing an olive drab jacket in a store on Ruby Street reportedly appeared confused and talked about joining the self-proclaimed Islamic State group. Someone with a fifth-wheel trailer parked near a caller’s home on Black Bear Drive near Cle Elum reportedly asked the caller if he/she could use the caller’s power. The caller said no, but walked out later to find the trailer was plugged in. A woman reportedly panhandled in a parking lot on Canyon Road. A middle-aged man reportedly came to a caller’s door on Fourth Street in Roslyn asking for water. The caller shut the door because the man looked “crazed,” then later saw another man in his 20s with the older man running around the neighborhood.
