I have been successfully rebuilding ford Powerstroke 6.0 and 7.3 injectors for over a decade! You send me your injectors and they will be
1. Inspected
2. Torn down
3. Solenoids tested
4. All parts and tolerances checked with precision equipment.
5. All bad parts replaced with 100% functional parts. ( injectors sent with broken solenoid harnesses/pigtails may have extra charge to replace but parts are not expensive)
6. Injector bodies and parts sonic cleaned for several hours.
7. Injectors assembled with all new orings including top oring at high pressure rail that no one else replaces! It is a PITA! But I get them done as it is a very crucial part.
