The fuel pressure on the Ford Powerstroke 6.0L Diesel is very critical. This is one of the first things that should be checked when drivability issues are be experienced.
Updated Drain Plug
The OEM recommend draining the fuel condition module on a monthly basic. The updated drain plug will make this process much easier.
High Flow banjo bolt kit
The original banjo bolts located on the front of each cylinder head have a check valve that has a check valve. This check valve causes a restriction in fuel flow to the injectors. The high flow banjo bold eliminate this issue. The check valve in not needed because the fuel pressure regulator will not allow fuel to back flow.
Blue Spring Kit
The blue spring indicates that this is the spring is the updated to the new OEM recommends yes fuel pressure.
The fuel injectors on the 6.0 are designed to run at 50 plus psi
The fuel cools the injector as well as lubricates the injector.
If the engine is operated with low fuel pressure. Damage could be done to the injectors
