Wariner, 82, was driving a 2006 Dodge Ram north on U. S. 59 about three miles north of Stilwell when the vehicle went off the road and struck a tree. Briggs, 31, was driving a pickup west on Oklahoma 33 about five miles west of Perkins on June 28 with four passengers, including three children. An eastbound Toyota Camry 4D driven by Keshon Coleman-Ector, 18, of Stillwater, was passing a vehicle uphill in a no-passing zone and collided head-on with Briggs’ pickup, troopers said.
