On Thursday, July 17, 2014, Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant in the 100 blk Lakeview Drive in Hazleton. White was transported to the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office and held pending appearance before a Magistrate. The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office during the execution of the search warrant. On Friday, July 18, 2014, Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Hunter David Pagel, 20, of Sumner. On Saturday, July 19, 2014, Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Gary Lynn Kitner, 45, of Hazleton. Kitner was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Buchanan County for Failure to Appear.
