Mechanically: EXCELLENT! DAILY DRIVER READY. Fires up on a dime every time! Purrs like a kitty through all gears. (There is an SRS light on ... I believe related to the seats as I'm not sure these are the originals). Also, driver seat motor is on is last legs.
Cosmetically: 
Exterior: VERY NICE. There are a couple minor blemishes pointed out.... A couple small overspray spots as well if you dig for them....
