SAJ-03B is more recommended when you use the truck for commercial please see the third and fourth picture. This suspension is for work when the truck is empty with your bed for work or when you have your truck always with full load capacity.
If you have a pick up you need to search sulastic SA models they are prepared for the curb weight of the OEM factory.
WHAT IS SULASTIC?A heavy-duty rubber and steel suspension component used between the chassis and leaf spring, to reduce vibrations and shocks giving a QUIET and CUSHIONED ride for trucks manufactured with leaf springs.The sulastic SAJ-03B model is adjustable with the tensioning device (up to 7200lbs)  and is at least 2.5 times larger than the sulastic SA or SC models. The sulastic SAJ-03B model is prepared to be installed with 5/8" screws if your truck needs to be installed with 18mm screws (a kit to replace the 5/8" to 18mm parts is included in the box). Some trucks require to move the fuel hose, sulastic has a Fuel Hose Kit for sale that contains enough parts to move it to the desired part. (not included with SULASTIC SAJ-03B)
