Nixon reportedly was driving southbound on Route AA at about 9:45 p. m. in a 1989 Toyota pickup when the truck ran off the right side of the road, hit a culvert and overturned. In a separate accident, Diane S. Valentine, 50, of Festus, suffered moderate injuries in a two-vehicle crash that took place Sunday on southbound U. S. 67 at Buck Creek Road in Jefferson County, according to a separate highway patrol incident report. Valentine reportedly was heading eastbound on Buck Creek Road at 5:50 a. m. in a 1998 Ford F150 when she attempted to make a left turn onto northbound U. S. 67 and hit a 1989 Chevrolet S-10 being driven southbound by Todd A. Shipp, 47, of St. Louis. In a third crash, Amanda K. Loyd, 28, and Logan M.
