Administrators paid merit bonuses - News Transcript

MARLBORO – The Marlboro K-8 School District Board of Education has awarded the superintendent of schools and the business administrator/board secretary merit bonuses for the 2014-15 school year. According to action taken at the June 23 meeting, Superintendent of Schools Eric Hibbs was paid an $8,250 bonus for completing both of the qualitative goals that had been set for him by the board. Business Administrator/Board Secretary Cindy Barr-Rague was paid a bonus of $3,500 for completing one of her qualitative goals for the school year. District administrators announced that Craig Vaughn, Marlboro’s director of human resources, has resigned from his position to become the superintendent of schools in the Springfield Township School District in Burlington County. And, the board approved the salaries of the following individuals for the 2015-16 school year: Barr-Rague will be paid $167,775.
