This is a very desireable 84 -86 Ford truck Ranger XLT Lariat tailgate with large molding. The molding on this is very nice and I suspect that this is an early molding as the reflector is actually a two piece unit. I thought it was cracked but upon closer inspection it is stepped in the center to overlap. Its the only one I have ever seen this way. This tailgate is original paint with no rust or repairs. This is a direct bolt on for your 1983 and later trucks, and will require a latch swap to bolt up to your 80-82 truck.
