Insurance is always provided and included with every sale. Shipping to a business to always your safest bet. However we have not had any problems shipping to a residence either. You as the consumer know your address and neighborhood conditions.
Local Pick up: Local pick up is ok as well, please contact us for an appointment.
Returns: We accept returns and are always happy to help if there is a problem. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. You the buyer are responsible for the return shipping fees. Product must be returned to us in the same way that we shipped it to you.
