**IMPORTANT information: Regarding the 2004-2008 F150, these are for the 5.4L V8 engine only. If your 04-08 F150 uses the 4.6L V8, it needs the DG508 coils. We have them in our store!
Other important information for those with 2008 models:
****Part number on the coils should start with "3L3E", "3L3Z" or "3L3U". If there are no numbers, then check the coils. These are the DG511 coils with the STRAIGHT BLACK COLORED style boots, not the coils with the angled style boots (DG508).
If the print on your coils start with "8L3E" or "8L3Z" (starting from mid 2008-2012 models), then your coils will have the straight brown colored boots. Yes, you CAN use these DG511 coils, but you will need to re-use the brown boots. They are exactly the same except the brown boots are a 1/2 inch longer. Always check vehicle fitment, and compare pictures BEFORE purchasing.
