Next-Generation Ford F-Series Super Duty Will Be Available With SEVEN Cameras - TruckTrend Network
The company announced yesterday at its Further With Ford Silicon Valley conference that the next-generation F-Series Super Duty will be available with up to seven exterior cameras. The split-view camera is already available on the 2015 Ford Edge and 2016 Ford Explorer , and it will be available on the new Super Duty anticipated for the 2017 model year. In the meantime, Ford devotees can option their F-150s with up to five cameras, including a reversing camera, two cameras mounted on the sideview mirrors, and a forward camera. Ford says that a rearview camera will come standard in all of its North American passenger vehicles by 2018. Forward cameras will be available across the board by 2020.
