Man killed in Seneca County crash identified as Locke resident - Auburn Citizen

The Seneca County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday said Josiah P. Robin, 20, of Locke, was pronounced dead at the scene. The sheriff's office said the crash happened about 1:09 p. m. Sunday in the town of Tyre when a 2007 Ford F350 driven by Ralph C. Brown, 58, of Oswego, was heading west and entered the eastbound lane, striking Robin's vehicle coming from the other... The sheriff's office said Brown was flown by helicopter to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse and was being treated for a broken hip and minor facial injuries. A passenger in his vehicle, Debora J.
