Snee Farm repeats as champion in City Swim Meet - Charleston Post Courier

Defending champion Snee Farm has started a new streak in the Coastal Carolina Aquatic Association City Swim Meet. Snee Farm clinched its second straight title and 28th in 48 City Meets in the event that wrapped up Sunday at Goose Creek Community Pool at Crowfield Golf and Country Club. Snee Farm finished with 2,900 points, easily out-pacing second-place Daniel Island which finished with 2,395 points. Coosaw Creek was third with 2,334. 5 points, followed by Northbridge Terrace with 2,141. 5 and Newington with 1,869. 5. After the first day of the meet, Snee Farm held a slim 23-point advantage over Coosaw Creek, which had ended a 22-year run by... “It was a great meet,” said CCAA president Chris Accetta. Daniel Island finished second for the first time. This was the second straight year the event was held at the 25-yard Goose Creek Community Pool after being held at the 25-meter Jewish Community Center. Before swimming began Sunday, Tanner Crunelle of Snee Farm was presented with the CCAA’s 2015 Carolyn Keller Scholarship.
