This is a fullt set of Alcoa 19.5 x 6 10 Hole 225mm bolt pattern with a set of 4 Hub/Nut covers and correct lug nuts to attach hub covers. This is the whole set to convert your 10 Lug '05 to Current F550/F450 or Dodge 4500/5500 over to aluminum wheels. The Alcoa Chrome Hub Cover Kits do have a pop out center to access manual hubs in the front to accommodate 4WD. Please feel free to message with any fitment questions. Please note some F450 models are stock 17” 8 lug wheels. This kit will only fit the stock 10 lug models.
