This listing is for the hood trim as shown. I believe this same part was used from 1968-1972 on F250 Trucks and I know the 1967's were a 1 year only deal and different from this one as they had no reflector. Chrome is pitted, cloudy, cracked, etc and would not work for a restored truck without having it restored also. So, maybe good for a driver quality truck only. It does have both good mount studs (no nuts). Thanks for looking.
