All but new less light fading from shelf storage. I do not believe this was ever technically used. Very clean. The pages inside look immaculate. Super light cover wear as pictured and a hint of UV color / fade. No odors, stains or water damage. Tight binding. We're Pros here. A nice reference book here at a fraction of the new cost - ready to work.
