Our Rebuilding Process:
- Complete disassembly and intensive cleaning via hot tank
- Pressure testing/ magnafluxing to confirm casting integrity
- Brand New valve stem seals installed on all our heads
- Brand New Hardened Exhaust Valve Seats installed (fixes the factory soft-seat dropping issue)
- Valve guides are replaced with new ones as necessary.
- 3 angle grind valve job
- Vacuum tested to ensure valves seat perfectly, verifying compression.
- CBN milled to ensure a super smooth finish.
- All parts are inspected & tested before final assembly to meet AERA specs.
QUALITY CONTROLEvery single one of our heads goes through an intensive quality control process from beginning to end.
