Quality Assurance Procedure:
We take each cylinder head through a comprehensive quality control inspection during remanufacturing and before shipping your product. Each unit is inspected at every stage of rebuilding; starting from disassembly all the way through assembly and packaging. Cylinder heads that do not meet our quality control standards will be discarded and will not move to the next phase. All of our heads are shipped knowing they meet or exceed AERA specifications.
Core Return:
NO CORE RETURN REQUIRED!! However, if you have a set of cores that are complete, not cracked and in rebuildable condition, we will offer you a discount off of your order if you send them back to us (and we would provide you with prepaid return labels). Discount will be applied after we have inspected and magnafluxed the cores, not all orders will be eligible for core return discount. If you have any questions, please let us know.
