Council Bluffs woman in critical condtion following crash - The Daily Nonpareil
At approximately 7:44 a. m. , members of the Council Bluffs police and fire departments responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident near the 53-mile marker of Interstate 29, near the exit to 9th Avenue. Rachel Nelson, 25, of Council Bluffs, was southbound in a 1996 Ford Explorer when a ladder fell from a 2001 Ford Ranger pick-up driven by Dennis Sullivan, 41, of Council Bluffs.
