Just as it logs another month as the biggest selling commercial vehicle and tops overall New Zealand vehicle sales, the new revamped Ford Ranger model has arrived with more than 1000 examples rolling onto Auckland's wharves this month. the new Ranger going into showrooms and the imminent new Focus, Everest and Mustang being added to the manifest before the end of 2015, the Ford line-up is destined to be the newest it has had in years. Corey Holter, Ford New Zealand's managing director says they are in a great position to launch the new Ranger. "We're very proud of the Ranger and we are very excited to be going into the launch of the new Ranger with great supply and a very healthy mix of variants that marries up to just what Kiwis prefer in utes. Of the more than 1000 new Rangers arriving, 85 per cent are XLT and Wildtrak models and 75 per cent are six-speed automatics. New Rangers are already rolling onto the Auckland wharves in significant numbers and should start arriving at Ford dealerships within the next few weeks – in fact some are already there.
