All injectors are serviced on state of the art ASNU machinery. Completely disassembled for penetration of dirt and deposits they are ultrasonically cleaned for multiple cycles. Ultrasonic cleaning uses frequencies that create cavitation pockets which disappear as fast as their created and the solution literally blasts the deposits away on every surface of the injector inside and out. Ultrasonic cleaning is done with proprietary formula to ensure deposits stay dissolved. Backflushing is later performed where solids that weren't dissolved get rushed out the injector under pressure. What you're left with is like new nozzles surfaces, now it's time to stress the injectors under simulated modes that mimic their operation on your vehicle.
