Emblem Installation Instructions:

Emblems come already set up in a strip with proper spacing and ready to be installed. There's a backing behind the letters and a plastic film across the front.

First, washed truck. Then, cleaned surface where the letters would be applied really well with rubbing alcohol. Used 1.5" painters tape to set it up, keep it in line with the bottom edge of the rail cap.

Then carefully peeled back the underlying backing to expose each individual letter's adhesive to the truck, working one letter at a time and ensuring that the top edge of the template stayed in line with the bottom edge of the tape. I then applied solid pressure for a short duration to each letter, to ensure good contact.

Once all the letters applied, slowly pull back the top protective layer (plastic cover and foam spacer). Worked one letter at a time, keeping fingers pressed on the letter while using other hand to worked the foam template free. (Note, the clear plastic is stuck to the letters with adhesive, so it will have to be peeled off. Careful not to pull the letters off the truck.)
