53-56 GM Style Ford 1/2 Ton Truck Tilt Column Shift Steering Column - Chrome

This retrofit column is designed to fit your Ford Truck and does NOT require modification to your original vehicle to install. This GM Style column features a GM top shaft and a 3 7/8" Wiring Plug.

The shift pattern on these columns allow you to use either a 3 or 4-speed automatic transmission. A gear shift indicator is an option, but not included. A shift linkage (new not included or original) is required for installation and will attach to the lower shift arm provided on the column.

Using an adaptor (not included), add an aftermarket wheel and the gripping surface will be in the same location as the original.

Please Note: A stock Ford steering wheel WILL NOT bolt to the ididit GM Style column.

Because the GM Style column uses the standard GM wiring harness, dimmer/wiper and cruise control options CAN be added to the column.

Features:

  • 8 Position Tilt
  • Self-Canceling Turn signals
  • 4-Way Flashers
  • Knobs & Levers
  • Upper Shaft 69 to 94 GM Passenger Car
  • GM 3 7/8 Wire plug
  • 1" DD Lower Shaft
(Part # 1130800020)
