Single vehicle rollover causes minor injuries - Black Hills Pioneer
Trooper Chanda Derby, with the South Dakota Highway Patrol, said Sara Hammerquist, 25, of Whitewood was traveling west on Crook City Road when she allegedly swerved to miss several deer that ran into the road. Hammerquist’s Ford F-250 went into the north ditch where she overcorrected. The pickup left the ditch and rolled onto the road coming to rest on its roof in the south ditch.
