Henry was caught after being trapped in the wreckage of his third crash, when his car went airborne and smashed into a car that was parked at a Popeye’s restaurant along Sussex Highway (U. S. 13), Fournier said. Henry, driving a 1998 Plymouth Breeze, ran into the back of 2003 Ford F550 super-duty pickup truck driven by Edward T. Winder, 42, of Seaford, Fournier said. After fleeing from that crash, he said, Henry turned onto northbound U. S. 13 and hit the back of a car driven by Dennis C. Bransome Jr. , 19, of Houston, Texas, near the entrance to the Dairy Queen, he said. Henry again fled and failed to negotiate a right turn onto Middleford Road, where his car crossed the road, hit an embankment on the north side, went airborne and landed striking a car parked in the Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen parking lot, Fournier... After rescuers from Seaford Volunteer Fire Department freed Henry from the wreckage, he was taken by emergency medical services to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, he said.
