New restaurant swings into Mitchell - Daily Republic
The idea for the restaurant started in 2007 when Israel Espinosa, co-owner of the Corona Village company, sought a city for a new business. He planned on starting his business in Minnesota, but he said his truck broke down in Mitchell. "The businesses and locals were very helpful," Espinosa said.
