Motorcyclist killed in Texas County crash - KY3
The crash happened on MO 17, three-miles north of Success, just before 4:00 p. m. Thursday. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 25-year-old James Phillippi was traveling northbound when he lost control of his 1985 Honda motorcycle on a curve, traveled into the southbound lane and collided with a 2011 Ford Flex. Troopers say Phillippi was ejected from the bike and struck a 2009 Ford F350. . According to the crash report, Phillippi was wearing a helmet. Source: www.ky3.com
