Instrument cluster removed from a 1971 F100 Ranger. Looks like the circuit board needs replaced. There is a hole on top of where the speedometer cable connects. Speedometer turns freely. I do not know the working condition of it. Sols as-is. Please look at all the pictures. Thanks
