We are proud to bring you our Heavy Duty Tubular Ladder/Traction Bars. These work on stock trucks all the way up. They are completely bolt on utilizing the u bolts at the rear axle and require drilling (4) holes on each side of the frame for the brackets to attach. Not only are these the best value on the market they are also the longest, best performing bars on the market. From an engineering standpoint the bars need to be as close the same length as the driveshaft as possible to provide the best stability and function as the suspension travels. These bars are just that coming in at 76 inches long! Don't let the price fool you our ladder bars are built from the highest quality materials. We use the same heavy wall DOM in the construction and rather than using heim joints that are noisy and sieze/wear out quickly like some other bars on the market we use the same high quality high density polyurethane bushings found in our control arms. These bushings are grease able, and just like our bars carry a lifetime warranty against failure. Product Finish:
These are finished in a heavy black powder coating which gives them elegance as well as extreme durability to the elements. We apply 10 mils of powder and bake at 400 degrees for no less than 20 minutes. The results are a finish that is capable of withstanding anything you can throw at it.
